How do I update my profile?
Go to www.notarygo.com agent login, click on my account and make changes to your address and phone numbers. You can also click on the license tab to upload any credentials.

How do I upload documents to my profile?
Go to www.notarygo.com agent login, license tab and upload licenses. Be sure to choose files, enter “license type” “license number” “effective date” and “Expiration date” Please be sure to enter each license separately. Be sure to enter all pages in one attachment if a multiple page document. All files must be uploaded in .PDF .JPG or .TIFF format. Please be sure no special characters are in the name of the .PDF .JPG .TIFF file Example no dash, underscore, or symbols.

How do I sign up for SMS?
Text the word “SUB” to 951-432-5691 or go to www.notarygo.com, agent login, my profile, personal, check box I accept SMS notifications.

How do I unsubscribe to SMS?
Text the word "UNSUB" to 951-432-5691 or go to www.notarygo.com, agent login, my profile, personal, UNcheck box I accept SMS notifications. To stop all SMS communication text the word "STOP" to 951-432-5691.

Why was my uploaded credential not accepted when I uploaded it?
- Once logged in go to My Profile
- Licenses
- Click on the reason circle to the right of the credential in question and it will give you the reason

What are your hours of operation?
- 6am-6pm PST Monday – Friday
- 6am-12-2pm PST Saturday

How often do we get paid?
Signings completed will go out at the end of the following month. Example: signings completed in January will go out at the end of February. Primary agents get paid weekly.

How is my payment sent?
All checks are sent to the email we have on file as an e-check.

How do I become a primary agent?
Primary agents need to agree to work for our base rate for a minimum 20-mile radius. Need to be available at month end and have completed at least 10 signings with no negative comments and have submitted all required credentials.

How do I get my documents for a signing?
Go to www.notarygo.com, agent login, and any upcoming signings will be posted on Appointments tab. Documents can be printed from website once available.

How do I get more SMS alerts?
- Be sure your REQUIRED CREDENTIALS are up to date, this is the most critical factor to boosting your ranking resulting in more orders!
- Every 5 signings completed with no negative remarks will boost your ranking
- Be sure to use SMS to check in and out of signings
- Increase your mile radius
- Be sure to keep back outs to a minimum. Agents who accept and then have to be taken off an order are ranked with a negative mark on their profile. This is the number 1 reason for agents raking to be lowered

How do I increase or decrease my mile radius for SMS alerts?

How do I know if you have everything on file that you need for me?
Agents are asked to keep all REQUIRED CREDENTIALS up to date. You will have a green check mark next to the credential if we have it on file.

Are Lender or State specific credentials needed?
Lender or state specific credentials are not required in order to do business with us BUT the more complete your profile is the higher ranking you have in our system which puts you higher on the SMS distribution list for orders.

I'm trying to accept my first order via SMS and it’s stating I have missing credentials “0-5 times used agent”?
First time agents will need to call in 855-204-1204 and ask for LOCATING to be manually booked for their first appointment. Once that appointment is complete you will be able to accept on your own via SMS.
